These classes and one-on-one consultations offer people an understanding of seasonal nutrition and whole foods combining for optimal health. Based on principles developed by Asian thinkers, we explore the possibilities for healing using food as a major component for restoring and creating good health. The classes are interactive, including hands-on cooking classes.
